TYPOS: I type terribly. I only notice them after a post has been reblogged a few times. And then I fix it. After it's too late.
NOW SCROLL DOWN
I went through my LIKES to get rid of most (but not all) of the fandom posts. I went from over 2,000 now down to just under 500. I wanted to keep likes mostly for references (art/writing/”life hack”) but that’s still at least 400 references. Eep. (references that I will most likely forget to look at when drawing,)
Why did it decide to turn from hot, humid, and sunny on Sunday to freezing @$$ cold now? Massachusetts weather, I hate you.
don’t trust people who don’t like wonder woman
What about people who have issues with how she’s written in the Nu52 but still like her?
pretty sure the post means the character, not a specific comic incarnation (there are WW comics I don’t like but I still and will always love WW herself)

Got 3 things, read/watched them over the weekend (while I stayed away from the computer). Batgirl#34, Black Widow trade 1, Batman: Assault on Arkham
Black Widow vol 1: I had read the first single issue a while back and hadn’t been into it. I think I was still sour over what happened to her in that Winter Soldier comic book arc. But this time around I was into the story… I think having it as a trade without ads helped… that and being in a different mood. And having a craving to read more Natasha after the Marvel movies. Art is great, story is great. I’ll wait impatiently for the next trade (I don’t buy singles of Marvel anymore, they come out with cheap trades pretty quickly)
Batgirl #34: PROS: Badass Ladies everywhere (heroes and villains). Superhero lady friendship. Guest-stars everywhere. BlackCanary, Huntress, and Babs teaming up ala the old Birds of Prey. Hugs. OPTIMISM (The DCnU could use more optimism!). CONS: All women drawn with looooooooong torsos. Only 20 pgs of story, the rest were previews for other books (if I pay for 32 pages of story, I want 32 pages of story!).
Batman: Assault on Arkham (MAJOR SPOILERS under the readmore. Don’t read unless you’ve already watched it or don’t plan on watching it)
